Wedding Day Management begins three months out from your big date with building your timeline. A venue walkthrough is in order to finalize all your venue layout plans. Layout creation, managing your vendors, & rehearsal coordination are all included.
We get those "I didn't think of that" moments out of the way with a finalization Zoom meeting. A nitty gritty final details questionnaire are all completed before we head into your rehearsal evening and big day.
This package isn't just for weddings - let us tie together everything you've planned for your next big birthday bash or shower. We'll be there for you during the entirety of your event, too.

Coordination & Design
Everything in our Wedding Day management package PLUS we dive into your event design together.
Theme Design begins with our intense questionnaire so we can get to know you and your style better. Within two weeks from completing your questionnaire, we send you a detailed proposal with everything you could've imaged to bring your wedding day or event to life. A quick chat to discuss any changes & lock in what you love, then we provide you with a list of vendors an purchase links to fulfill your dream vision.
We can begin designing right away, then Wedding Day Management will pick up about three or so months from your big day.
Full Service Planning
For the bride or client who has big dreams but doesn't know how to make it all come to life.
This is where we do it all, baby. You'll barely have to lift a finger! From finding the perfect venue, to budget management, guest list management, theme design, and everything in between. And of course, full access to your client portal and us being there for the entirety of your event on the big day is included, too.
Two planners & unlimited communication are included with every planning package!
