Taking the stigma out of "day-of" coordination, because in order to have a successful wedding or event day, we believe we should be there for you beginning THREE months out from your big day. This includes timeline building, a site visit together, diagram creation, vendor management, and rehearsal coordination. We take everything you'd planned, fill in the gray areas, sprinkle in our expertise, and run a successful day for you. You'll have a lead planner and an assistant for the entirety of your wedding day, too.

Everything you see in Wedding Day Management, PLUS full scale design of your wedding. Have a vision but not sure how to bring it to life? We begin 1 year (or from the time you book) out from your date with a questionnaire built for us to get to know you & your vision more. From your welcome sign, table scape, to personal touches - we'll go through a series of Design Deck updates that'll include digital mock ups so you can visualize everything. Do you like the gold charger plate with the textured linen? This package also includes unlimited meetings together until you feel happy with everything. Florist consultations, show room meetings, we're there with you. Ending it all with purchase links, curated design related vendor recs, and a checklist to help you bring it all to life.

For the couple who has big dreams but wants an expert to make it all come to life. This is where we do alll the heavy lifting for you. Anywhere from 200 to 500 hours goes into planning a wedding. We are putting in those hours so you don't have to. From finding the perfect venue, to handling all vendor emailing, budget creation & management assistance, guest list management, mailing invitations, event design, and everything in between. And of course, full access to your client portal and us being there for the entirety of your event on the big day is included, too, with Jade as your guaranteed planner throughout the entire process and on your wedding day. We also include custom stationary and signage design for our full scale couples, too.
